My friend and client, Debbie Deutch, wins the overall women’s physique title at the NPC Max Muscle in Woodbridge Va in April 2017. So proud
Congratulations to Team V’s Abreon Jenkins for competing in her first IFBB pro competition last weekend in Charleston S.C. Abreon did a 14 week prep this go round. She started at 134 lbs and at 5’3 hit the stage at 115 lbs. Same stage weight as last year but a tad leaner and a little more muscle.

This girl has a fire in her like I’ve only seen a handful of times. She has changed her life. No longer eats whatever and whenever she wants. She eats to support her goals and she not only looks amazing but feels amazing and is inspiring her Mom!
