First she wins her local show then she wins at nationals!!! Now she’s a pro! And awesome to work with!
Congratulations to Team V’s Abreon Jenkins for competing in her first IFBB pro competition last weekend in Charleston S.C. Abreon did a 14 week prep this go round. She started at 134 lbs and at 5’3 hit the stage at 115 lbs. Same stage weight as last year but a tad leaner and a little more muscle.

My friend and client, Debbie Deutch, wins the overall women’s physique title at the NPC Max Muscle in Woodbridge Va in April 2017. So proud of this woman for how hard she works and how dedicated she is. It’s a pleasure to coach her. 🙂
