This is a 24 week transformation. Eating more food than she was before we started.
This woman came to me in March 2017 with a goal to look like a figure girl after seeing them at the Arnold Classic. She was there competing in Pole dancing. Since March, 4 months ago, she has lost 35 lbs and her physique is changing right before our eyes. Now she has entered the next phase which is contest pre. So stay tuned to see her final masterpiece in 16 weeks.

This girl has a fire in her like I’ve only seen a handful of times. She has changed her life. No longer eats whatever and whenever she wants. She eats to support her goals and she not only looks amazing but feels amazing and is inspiring her Mom!
