This woman came to me in March 2017 with a goal to look like a figure girl after seeing them at the Arnold Classic. She was there competing in Pole dancing. Since March, 4 months ago, she has lost 35 lbs and her physique is changing right before our eyes. Now she has entered the next phase which is contest pre.
