Congratulations to Team V’s Abreon Jenkins for competing in her first IFBB pro competition last weekend in Charleston S.C. Abreon did a 14 week prep this go round. She started at 134 lbs and at 5’3 hit the stage at 115 lbs. Same stage weight as last year but a tad leaner and a little more muscle.

Since working with Josh the past 3 years he has gained a little over 20lbs in muscle and recently snagged another top 2 finish in the men’s physique division. In a couple weeks he’ll be going for another 1st place finish to add to his trophy case. Pic shown reflects
