What a nice surprise to wake up to the news on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 that I had been named Trainer/coach of the month for
Congratulations to Team V’s Abreon Jenkins for competing in her first IFBB pro competition last weekend in Charleston S.C. Abreon did a 14 week prep this go round. She started at 134 lbs and at 5’3 hit the stage at 115 lbs. Same stage weight as last year but a tad leaner and a little more muscle.
